I had heard amazing reviews of this book and I don't know why I waited so long to read it. Hilary Duff is one of my all time favorites ever since Lizzie McGuire. I was all about Hilary. Her and her co-author, Elise Allen wrote a marvelous story about a girl in the middle of a mystery and a love triangle. In the beginning, I thought it was going to be so predictable what was going to happen but as I kept reading there were more twists and turns! Those stories are my favorite. Of course everyone always picks a side when there is a love triangle and I thought I had my side picked out and by the end I just couldn't decide anymore. I am so glad that this is a series because it's fantastic and I can't wait to see what else Hilary and Elise come up with. In Elixir the story is just getting started.
